Use of Service
Korwexa provides AI-powered chat and voice receptionist capabilities for businesses. You agree to use the platform lawfully and to ensure that customer communications comply with the applicable privacy and consumer-protection regulations in your region.
Demos & Accounts
Booking a demo does not create an ongoing service obligation. Service terms, pricing and availability are confirmed in a separate agreement upon onboarding.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software associated with Korwexa remain the property of Korwexa. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
Limitation of Liability
Korwexa is provided on an “as is” basis. While we strive for reliable 24/7 operation, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from service interruptions or third-party integration outages.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
